上海达亚资产评估有限公司1995年经上海市国有资产监督管理委员会批准成立，具有资产评估B级资质和企业效绩评价资格。

公司由资深执业资产评估师投资设立，注册资金100万元，实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制。本公司设有总评估室和四个评估业务部门，拥有三十多名资产评估师、工程师、经济师、会计师，竭诚为中外客户提供一流的专业服务。

公司多年来完成了数千项资产评估项目，涉及企业设立、合并、改制、歇业、破产、资产出售、出租、 抵押以及司法鉴定等。评估报告得到了委托方和使用方的认可，同时我们也积累了大量的实践经验。

Shanghai Da Ya Appraisal Co., Ltd. (the Company) was founded in 1995 with the approval of the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government, and enjoys Grade B qualification for asset appraisal and corporate performance evaluation qualification.

Established by an experienced certified public valuer for asset, the Company has the registered capital of RMB 1,000,000, and pursues the general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the Board of Directors. Now, the Company consists of 1 general appraisal office and 4 appraisal business departments, and has more than 30 asset valuers, engineers, economists and accountants, aiming to provide best professional services to customers both home and abroad.

In the past decade, the Company completed several thousand projects, involving enterprise establishment, merger, system reform, close, bankruptcy, asset sale, lease, mortgage, expert evidence, etc. Its appraisal reports are thought highly of by clients and users, and also the Company has accumulated a great deal of experience in related fields.

To further improve the quality and efficiency of asset appraisal reports, the Company has passed ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification via NQA, and established complete quality control system and professional ethics.
