上海达亚沪中房地产估价有限公司由上海达亚资产评估有限公司与上海沪中会计师事务所有限公司根据建设部和沪房地资权[2005]75号“关于加强本市房地产估价机构资质管理有关问题的通知”，于2005年经上海市房屋土地资源管理局批准成立的专业房地产估价机构，具有房地产估价2级资质。
公司由资深执业房地产估价师投资设立，注册资金100万元，实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制。拥有二十多名专业人员，其中房地产估价师14名，竭诚为中外客户提供一流的专业服务。
原两公司多年来完成了数千项房地产估价项目，涉及企业设立、合并、改制、歇业、 破产、资产出售、出租、抵押以及司法鉴定等。积累了大量的实践经验。

Shanghai Da Ya Huzhong Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. (the
Company) is a professional real estate appraiser jointly
established by Shanghai Da Ya Appraisal Co., Ltd. and Shanghai
Huzhong Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. according
to “Notice on Relevant Issues in Strengthening the Management
of Real Estate Appraisal Institutions’ Qualifications in
the City” and with the approval of Shanghai Administration
of House, Land and Resources in 2005, and enjoys Grade 2
qualification for real estate appraisal.
Established by an experienced certified public valuer for
real estate, the Company has the registered capital of RMB
1,000,000, and pursues the general manager responsibility
system under the leadership of the Board of Directors. Now,
the Company owns more than 20 experts including 14 real
estate values, aiming to provide best professional services
to customers both home and abroad.
Over years, the two shareholders of the Company completed
several thousand real estate appraisal projects, involving
enterprise establishment, merger, system reform, close,
bankruptcy, asset sale, lease, mortgage, expert evidence,
etc. A great deal of working experience has been accumulated.
